Training and Support available for the franchisee
Chocomelt offers comprehensive initial training programs to help franchisees understand the business model, operations, and brand standards. This training covers topics such as product knowledge, customer service, marketing, and day-to-day operations.
Franchisees will also receive an operations manual that serves as a reference guide for running the franchise. This manual includes information on standard operating procedures, policies, and best practices.
