Training and Support available for the franchisee
First: The franchisor will set up with the grantee a pre-opening plan with all its aspects of preparation and training for the cadres, whether in the kitchen or service. Second: Work on purchase lists for all sections of the restaurant and start the processing process. Third: specialized training in the kitchen for the variety of items. Fourth: An entire team will go to work alongside the grantee's team for a month during the opening.
