At 180 Degrees, we take pride in delivering a holistic experience that starts with selecting the finest coffee beans, roasting them in our own roastery, carefully crafting each cup, and serving daily-baked pastries and breakfast from our kitchen to ensure exceptional quality and freshness.
Training and Support available for the franchisee
The franchisor shall provide initial training for the franchisee and its employees. The franchisee, supervisor, and employees must attend and successfully complete a training and orientation course, at the franchisor's discretion, prior to opening the franchised premises. The franchisor reserves the right to select another location for training and to change schedules regarding the length of the training period. Training must begin within sixty (60) days of signing the franchise agreement.
