- Obtain the engineering guide for the units.
- Obtain a manual of standard production processes for units.
- Provide direction and guidance during the unit establishment by the franchisee.
- A list of equipment and machinery used by our approved suppliers.
- List of raw materials used in production with the names of suppliers approved by Dan Café.
- Supply of raw materials and packaging materials at cost.
- A comprehensive training program for employees on product delivery, machine use and customer service.
