- Participating in the recruitment process for suitable staff, whether by conducting job interviews or selecting suitable job applicants - Providing initial training for all employees before opening - Conducting periodic training according to a pre-arranged schedule - Introducing the employees to the brand in detail - Conducting periodic meetings to discuss workflow plans with employees - Providing the franchisee with all administrative and operational models approved by the franchisor
