Providing initial training: training the restaurant manager, chef, and operations manager on operations, quality, and customer service for a period of 14–20 working days.
Ongoing training (as needed): periodic training programs in Beirut or at any location designated by the franchisor.
Supplying the franchisee with comprehensive operation manuals that include recipes, quality standards, and operating procedures.
